Heavens & Vineyards
We are bike enthusiasts and proud of our heritage and gorgeous sceneries in the Pyrénées Audoises and the Pays Cathare.
For our Randonnée des Terroirs de Limoux you will ride through vineyards and refuel at our annual wine producer partners' bodega.
Catering to the increasing number of Gravel riders, we will offer for the first time several ride options.
The city of Limoux is well known for its hospitality and is behing the event again this year.
Domaine Girard : our 2026 partner
DOMAINE GIRARD
Our host this year is Domaine Girard in Alaigne where we will stop on the way back to Limoux. You will ride to get there in the Malepère area , malo peiro… the « bad stone » in Occitan.
In the Middle Ages, the Malepère sandstone was snubbed as too brittle to face the harsh weather. This weakness will later serve wine producers and contribute to making generous and harmonious vintage.
You will have the opportunity to sample (within reason) some of the production and order wine at reduced rates.
One bottle is included in the price of the registration to the event.
